Could we politely request that if you turn up more than five minutes early that you text first to ensure we are free to accept you arrival? (unless previously arranged) We dedicate our appointments to each and every client and cannot leave mid treatment. Should I finish early I will accept your text and welcome you asap. Each and every one of you is important to us at Be Gorgeous and we respectfully ask you to keep to your appointment time allocated to you. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. We do require a 50% booking fee that can be taken by our card machine at the time of booking, over the phone or in person. Should you cancel in less than 24 hours or not show up for your appointment then your booking fee/deposit will be forfeited. These are part of our terms and conditions of booking. Also if you have paid up front for a CACI course and you fail to give 24 hours notice or don’t attend then you will lose that particular session of the course.
