Today we welcomed Lilli to Med Plus Clinic with concerns about the appearance of her rosacea.

Following a detailed consultation, we elected to perform a fractional laser treatment using the K-Laser Blue, followed by Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy.

The fractional laser works by stimulating fibroblast activity within the skin, encouraging collagen production and supporting skin renewal. PRP complements this by delivering concentrated growth factors directly into the dermis, helping to improve hydration, skin quality, and overall healing.

Immediately following treatment, a degree of erythema (redness) is expected and typically lasts from a few hours up to 24 hours. Over the following weeks, patients often notice improved skin texture and a subtle feeling of skin tightening, with results continuing to develop over the coming months as collagen remodelling takes place.

We look forward to welcoming Lilli back in 4 weeks for her next treatment session and to following her progress.
