This client came to me twice before her holiday. She works hard in the gym and eats well, but she’s a hairdresser so is on her feet all day and had some fluid around her ankles and also some in her stomach area.

She had 2 x Signature MLD sessions with me (which included some Brazilian techniques too for her). Wish I had taken photos of session 2 as you could see a difference between the sessions and helped this clients muscle (that she works so hard for) to pop!

How to make your MLD results last 💦☁️
