Our usual Smitin Hair team are taking a little holiday, so the salon will be closed until Tuesday 9th June, when Andrea & Daisy will be back in 💇♀️
BUT… GOOD NEWS! 🙌
💖 Rosie () will be in the salon taking hair appointments (for both new & existing clients) on:

I also did a balayage refresh here — although it’s more like high, seamless teasy lights.
A bespoke mix of highlights and balayage for a soft grow‑out but high‑impact blonde.

💛 16 Years of Gratitude 💛
I honestly can’t believe I’m writing this… 16 years of Smitin Hair ❤️
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single client who has supported us over the years. And to those who may not sit in our chairs but still show support by liking, sharing, recommending and cheering us on – you are just as appreciated. It really does mean the world.
Over these 16 years, we’ve seen so many amazing apprentices come through our doors, train, grow, and go on to become fabulous stylists. The salon itself has grown and evolved too, taking many twists and turns along the way.
In that time, we’ve welcomed two beautiful children into our lives, opened a second salon specialising in men’s hair systems, and evolved Smitin Hair into a ladies-only space. We’ve also expanded into women’s wellbeing – with Andrea training as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and welcoming the lovely Jo, who offers Reiki.
We’re so happy to have Rosie back with us for the third time, now renting a chair and welcoming lots of new clients, and the wonderful Daisy, our assistant and a stylist in the making – the future looks so bright ✨
The salon has changed so much over the years, but one thing has always stayed the same: our passion for keeping up with trends, maintaining excellent standards of hairdressing and customer service, and creating a true home-from-home salon experience.
Our clients really are more than clients – you are our friends, our extended family – and we truly couldn’t do any of this without you. Thank you for your continued love, loyalty and support. Here’s to the next chapter 🥂💛
