SOOOI THE LIGHTING ...AGHHH......was either too bright outside or too muted in the studio, but , my social spaces are about being real, so I'm sharing anyway! Blood sweat, literally dripping 🤣 went into this! Full day of heat, rinsing red hot foils section by section, then just feeling sweaty and doing a bouncy blow out!

KEEPING IT REAL FOR THE HOME SALON HAIRDRESSERS! WHO HAS MELTED TODAY?

LUCKILY I HAD THE FULL DAY BOOKED OUT FOR MY CLIENT, THE FOILS WERE LIFTING SO QUICKLY I HAD TO RINSE ONE SECTION AT A TIME, BUT WE GOT THERE, AND WE HAD A REALLY NICE DAY.

WE LIGHTENED THE BOX DYED AREAS ONLY , AND THEN FOLLOWED WITH A COLOUR MELT. IT WAS A JOURNEY, BUT WAS WELL WORTH IT!

So many clients want that textured, just off the beach hair without too many layers

The rectangular disconnection - leaves the base line strong as the layering is not connected

The square layer - moving from front to back, just takes the edge off the base line a little creating a subtle layer.

The rest is just visual texture in the base line to give it some edge .
