Over the last few months, I’ve realised that I’ve been a little too flexible with late cancellations and appointment changes. As a small business owner, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on both my time and income.

Unfortunately, when appointments are cancelled the day before or on the day of the booking, it often doesn’t leave me enough time to fill that space. While the appointment may be cancelled, my business expenses and bills still remain the same.

To help protect my business and ensure fairness to all clients, I have updated my cancellation policy. I kindly ask that all clients take a moment to read and familiarise themselves with the changes.

For her brows, we opted for Hybrid Brows to give a longer-lasting stain on the skin, meaning less maintenance while she’s away and more time enjoying her holiday! 😍

One thing I always love is tailoring treatments to each client’s preferences. This client prefers her brows tinted from where her natural brow begins, rather than extending the front with tint alone. Since she’d previously had her brows mapped and filled at the front and wasn’t keen on the look, we adjusted the treatment to suit her perfectly.

Brows and lashes should enhance your features and make you feel confident — there’s no one-size-fits-all approach here 🖤
