What is balayage?
Balayage is actually the technique used not the end result. Balayage is a French word meaning ‘to sweep’ which basically was the technique used to create this look.
This is free hand balayage, where the lightener is painted directly onto the hair to create a blended, natural, lived in result with a soft grow out. 💁🏼♀️

How it started….
How it’s going….
The goal - To be blonde 👱♀️ but with a soft root.
Some colours need a more gradual approach in order to keep the integrity of the hair fully in tact.
We have made great progress over 4 sessions, gradually lifting lighter and adding more blonde each time but keeping the condition of the hair as the most important factor.
By incorporating Wellaplex and Wella ultimate repair treatments and a very good consistent home care regime the photos speak for themselves 💁🏼♀️
