1 egg
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup milk
1 pinch salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 slices of white bread
Mix all things together in a bowl
Soak slices of bread in the egg mixture for a couple of minutes, turning halfway
Melt a bit of butter or ghee in a hot frying pan, then add the bread. Cook for a few minutes, without moving the bread, until golden.
Use a spatula to carefully flip the bread over and cook until golden on both sides.
Transfer to a plate and top with whatever you like.
