Life lately… when I haven’t been with my lovely clients! 🥰

Between work, school runs, family life, gymnastics and trying to keep everyone alive and fed… September has been busy so far!

Here’s a little catch-up of what I’ve been up to behind the scenes 👇🏼

1. I’m working on my website and a new booking system. Watch this space! 🫣
2. I finally managed to complete my last skill on bars to get my next gymnastics certificate! 🤸🏻‍♀️
3. The girl is NOT happy with me. 😂
4. I finally put my husband’s grandfather’s paintings from 1959 up on the wall. ❤️
5. We went for a lovely walk around Dollar Glen. 🌿
6. Had a little visit to The Wee Bookshop in Dollar. 📚
7. I managed a solo trip to Edinburgh for a spa day… and to make a start on the Christmas shopping! 🎄

🤸‍♀️ One year of gymnastics!

A whole year since I got back into gymnastics for the first time since I was about 13! 🥹

I love having a couple of hours each week that are just for me — pushing myself, putting my phone away and feeling like a kid again! ❤️
