As my little business continues to grow and I’m welcoming more and more lovely clients, I’ve made a small change to my booking policy.

From now on, a £10 deposit will be required to secure all massage appointments. 😊

The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment, so for a £60 massage, you’ll pay £10 when booking and the remaining £50 on the day.

I’ve made this change because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, and unfortunately I’ve recently had a few last-minute cancellations and missed appointments.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen and plans have to change. ❤️ However, giving me as much notice as possible means I have the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else.

Cancellation policy:
Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the £10 deposit being forfeited.

I really appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support of my small business. 🥰
