Bringing back the blonde - Gorgeous Tay was blonde summer last year and went to the dark side in winter - but is desperate to go back lighter - unfortunately it takes a bit of time if you want to keep the condition.

This was the first step in the journey - full head of highlights and a root tap to keep it soft gorgeous soft honey tones which complimented the base of the brunette - then in 8 weeks time it can be lifted again.

With these sorts of colour changes - slowly slowly always wins the race 💪🏻

Used a reverse balayage technique on gorgeous Katie, In reality she wanted to keep the blonde the same tone - but the base warmer… however once the base was toned down - the blonde has to be a warmer softer tone.

Roots to midway - 2parts 5M to one part 4A

Midlengths - Ends - 2 parts 6M to one Part 8A

Blended the two formulas together smudging them into one another where they met - and weaved through some lowlights using the root colour all through until we got to the face frame which we left lighter.

This is a much softer way of transitioning your client from blonde to brunette!!

This is giving Strawberry Sundae vibes 🍓🍓

Little tweak for the summer - using the bolder pink underneath into a softer pastel pink on top.
