Cuddly Koalas Baby Massage

On a Cuddly Koalas Baby Massage course babies can be babies and do what they know best! If baby wants a feed, cuddle or nap, then you can still watch me demonstrating the massage and then join in when baby is ready, massage one of my spare dolls or try the massage at home ❤️ My classes are all about providing mums and babies with a relaxing, supportive, gently stimulating and social environment.
My next baby massage course starts Thursday 5th November, for five consecutive Thursdays 10:30am - 11:30am in Church Crookham, Fleet.

I got to have a cuddle with a little cutie today too! 😍
It's always lovely to meet new mums and babies and I love it when I have mums returning with their second baby too! A mum with her second born told me today that her first born still loves being massaged at 3 years old 💕 Attend a Cuddly Koalas Baby Massage course or 'Kicking Koalas' Mum and Baby yoga class and you can learn something that you can carry on doing with your baby, even when they grow!

Mum and baby yoga classes start back Thursday 10th September! 'Kicking Koalas' mum and baby yoga is all about spending precious time with your little one whilst uniting mums and babies ❤️
Baby yoga provides holistic support to baby's overall development and wellbeing. Baby yoga safely tones, stretches and strengthens baby's muscles and builds on baby's natural flexibility. It can aid sleep, help with Colic and tummy trouble and help with poor muscle tones and stretch tight ligaments and calm a fractious baby.
Learn yoga inspired movement that you and baby can do at home together!

Spaces available for 'Kicking Koalas' Mum and Baby Yoga starting Thursday 10th September in Church Crookham, Fleet (GU52 6HS) 11.50am- 12.35pm. Classes are booked as a block of just five classes at a time.

Classes involve relaxation, sensory play, baby yoga, and gentle stretching, movement and yoga inspired poses for you and baby. The movement and yoga inspired poses support your baby's development whilst gently stretching and releasing tension in their body.
These classes are designed for mums and babies, so no previous experience is needed! Mum and Baby Yoga is a great way for you and baby to be active together and a lovely bonding experience ❤️ Come along if you are a mum wanting to have fun with your baby!

Mum and baby yoga is suitable for babies once they have had their GP check and mums who are 12 weeks post C-section up to babies who are are pre-walking.
