Some of the cool techniques I learned yesterday on the taping course! It feels so good with so much support – it helps reduce pain, gives your muscles extra stability, and encourages better movement. The compression from the tape improves reduces swelling, giving you that “hug” for your muscles and joints. Can’t wait to put it into practice and see the benefits firsthand!
