Patch test required for new colour clients.

It was lovely to meet Roxanne today and create this new low-maintenance, lived-in blonde look ✨

Roxanne had been heavily highlighted and was getting tired of her roots showing so quickly. We foiled out selected sections using Wella Blondor, then went back in with Wella Colour Touch to add depth and dimension for a softer, more natural grow-out.

Such a gorgeous, easy-to-maintain refresh.

Time for a change at BHD ✨

Tamyzn normally wears a balayage look, but today she decided it was time to embrace her natural dark colour 🤎

We added soft, warm brown tones for a touch of dimension, then painted through a rich deep brown through the remaining hair to bring everything back together.

As usual, I forgot to take a before photo 🙈 — so I’ve popped in how her usual colour looks once her balayage service is finished for comparison.

Absolutely loving this softer, deeper and more natural result ✨🤍

Tamyzn is running the Hampton Court Half Marathon this March in support of a small charity that helps families whose children are going through cancer treatment.

It’s such a genuinely lovely cause and supporting a smaller charity really does make a huge difference 🤍

Sue has been growing out an old block colour and wanted to softly blend her roots back in, so we used a grey blending technique 🤍

Foiling out the roots with Wella Blondor gave such a clean lift that a toner wasn’t even needed.

Absolutely loving this fresh, natural result 🥰

Grey blending is a technique that softens grey regrowth by diffusing it into lighter pieces, rather than covering it with a solid colour.

The result is:
• ✨ less contrast at the root
• ✨ a softer grow-out
• ✨ more natural, dimensional hair
• ✨ and much lower maintenance than full grey coverage

Liz has gradually been going shorter over the past year and these are the results from our last three appointments. I have to say I’m totally loving the choppy pixie cut we created last week 🥰
