I’m delighted to share that I have successfully completed the Vocal Health First Aid certificate with 🎤💜

This training has deepened my understanding of:
• vocal health and wellbeing
• recognising signs of vocal dysfunction and imbalance
• supporting singers and voice users with appropriate self-management strategies
• knowing when to refer on for specialist support
• preventing vocal health issues in the workplace and performance environment

As a vocal coach, I’m passionate about helping people use their voices confidently, safely, and sustainably. This qualification is another step in ensuring I can support my students with the most up-to-date knowledge and best practice in vocal health.
