🚨 HAIR EXTENSIONS SHOULD NEVER COME AT THE EXPENSE OF YOUR NATURAL HAIR. 🚨

Please look closely at these photographs. They highlight why choosing a properly trained, experienced and insured hair extension professional is so important.

Hair extensions can look beautiful when they are fitted correctly — but poor sectioning, incorrect spacing, uneven application and inappropriate weight distribution can place significant tension on the natural hair.

⚠️ Thicker and thinner sections should not be used indiscriminately.
⚠️ Attachments should be positioned and spaced correctly for the client’s individual hair density.
⚠️ The weight of the extension hair must be appropriate for the amount and condition of natural hair supporting it.
⚠️ Maintenance and aftercare are just as important as the initial fitting.

When these principles are ignored, excessive tension can contribute to breakage, thinning, scalp discomfort and traction alopecia — and in some cases, prolonged or repeated tension can result in significant hair loss
