Sauna can be a great way to support yourself through perimenopause and menopause. It can help you relax, support better sleep, ease muscle tension and give you time out to rest and recover. Just add the code - MENOPAUSE when you pay. Only redeemable on the 18th October.

A little update to our sauna hours
We’ve made a few changes to the sauna schedule at Steampunk Sauna.
From now on, our communal sessions will run Wednesday to Sunday at:
9.15am
10.30am
11.45am
If you’d prefer to have the sauna to yourself, private bookings are available from 8am through to 1pm.
A private 60-minute session is £50 for the whole sauna and accommodates up to 5 people, so you can bring your friends or family and have the space completely to yourselves.
If you’d like to book outside of these times, just get in touch and let us know. We’ll always try to accommodate where we can.

What’s a wild sauna?
For us, it’s a wood-fired sauna next to a pebble beach, with the sea just a few steps away.
Hot sauna, cold sea dip, repeat. Simple as that.
There’s nothing like sitting in the heat, listening to the waves , then heading straight into the water. It’s a chance to switch off, slow down, and enjoy being outdoors.
No frills. Just fire, sea, and fresh air
