I have ALWAYS struggled with my skin from around the age of 9.... I have gone months of not wearing makeup and just using skin care but never saw a change and was then told I have cystic acne which is the most serious form of acne. It develops when cysts form deep within the skin. Cystic acne tends to occur in people with oily skin and anyone with hormonal imbalances. Majority of the time medication is the only way to get rid or it can clear with age.... I found a love for makeup when I realised how well I could cover up the part of me I was hating. I took days out to let my skin breath but I accepted that I felt more confident with makeup on! I would research into which products had the correct balance of ingredients for my skin and tested many products until I came to terms with which products I loved! Makeup is an amazing thing to make people feel confident, for individuals to express themselves and especially to have as a hobby! There’s so many different shape faces, different skin types, eye shapes so there’s always something new. It’s ok to feel confident only with makeup but it’s also amazing if you can feel confident without makeup, just do what makes you feel comfortable🦋 I have managed to maintain a comfortable skincare routine that suits my skins needs using which works amazing since I’ve picked out products that are specifically for my skin type. I have now learnt to love my skin and accept that this is my skin and I should wear it with confidence aswell as painting away when I feel like it. Now I begin to progress with my business thanks to the amazing who I will always train with and have continued support from every time I have a query🎨
