Feeling very reflective today and filled with gratitude for the incredible Folkestone community and all the amazing clients I’ve had over the past 3 years. I just realised - I missed my 3rd business birthday 😮🎈With exciting changes on the horizon, I guess it slipped my mind 🙈

Looking back, I never could have imagined how rewarding these past 3 years would be. The loyal support from my returning clients who trust me with their time, energy, and investment means the world. It’s truly a privilege. Writing this has me feeling the feels 🥹🤣(maybe the hormones are partly to blame, haha!).

So here’s to celebrating my 3rd business birthday! 🥳✨ (I wish I could toast with a glass of champagne! 🤣)

Recently I’ve had to listen to my body a little more and lean into the idea that resting and doing nothing is okay!

So I wanted to share this with you and invite you to listen to your body✨

🌿Almost every client that walks in my treatment room comments on the aroma and wants to know what essential oils I use🌿

So I thought I’d do a little post sharing my top 3 blends that I use in my treatment room and why ✨

🍋Lemon Verbena & Patchouli
A citrus uplifting blend whilst having the earthy tones of Patchouli, leaving you feeling revitalised with a sense of peace.

🌺Geranium & Rose
This blend is amazing for your nervous system! Both Geranium and Rose are great for anxiety, stress and depression. Even after smelling the bottle I can feel my nervous system slowing down and serotonin increasing 😌

🪴Lavender & Bergamot
This blend is Deeply relaxing. With both having soothing properties, it is great to help ease tension, stress and provide an overall sense of well-being.

I purchase all my oils locally from or if I can’t find particular ones there I go to Holland & Barrett 💫
