Five months. So much progress. And I couldn’t be prouder of this beautiful woman. 🤍✨

Acne healing is a journey—it doesn’t happen overnight. These progress photos show what can happen when patience, consistency and commitment all come together.

My lovely client has been 100% dedicated to her skin journey. She has consistently followed her new home skincare routine using professional-grade products, while also embracing the health, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations we’ve incorporated to support her skin from every angle.

And the progress we’re seeing with her active acne, post-acne marks and hyperpigmentation is something we are BOTH incredibly proud of. 🥹🤍

But we’re not finished yet.

We’re continuing to put in the work, adjusting as her skin changes and taking it one step at a time. My ultimate goal isn’t simply clearer skin—it’s for her to look in the mirror and feel happy, excited and genuinely confident in her own skin.

Sound is more than something we hear — it’s vibration, and vibration can be a beautiful addition to a deeply restorative treatment.

I incorporate therapeutic tuning forks into selected treatments to create gentle sound and vibration around the body, helping encourage a sense of grounding, relaxation and energetic balance.

Some of the benefits clients may experience include:

For me, skincare has never been just about the skin. The skin, body, mind and nervous system are deeply connected, which is why every treatment I offer is created with your overall wellbeing in mind.

Your nervous system plays a role in so much of how you feel and function — your stress response, sleep, digestion, energy, mood and your ability to truly relax and restore. And we all spend far too much time in “go, go, go” mode.

That’s why my customised facials are designed to be more than a facial. Alongside advanced skincare, touch, massage and a calming environment, I incorporate elements that encourage you to slow down, breathe and deeply relax.

As a Reiki Master Practitioner, I also offer dedicated Reiki healing and combine different holistic tools depending on the individual, including crystal energy healing, sound healing, vibrational therapy and tuning forks. I also offer intuitive readings, either alone or combined with Reiki, for those looking for a little deeper connection, clarity and guidance. ✨

My intention is always the same: to create a safe, peaceful space where you can switch off from the outside world, release some of the tension you’re carrying and give your body an opportunity to settle into a calmer state.

Because sometimes self-care isn’t about doing more.
