After an extremely busy spring, it's nice to see some summer sun!

My book is looking a little bit calmer now, so if you've been waiting to book or would like to move up your appointment, please get in touch. Although, as usual, Saturdays and evenings are already booked up quite far ahead.

It's always best to book your next appointment or two whilst in the salon. As most of you will know, arranging appointments takes up a huge amount of my time and I've often got a long list of names to work through, I do try to accommodate everyone I possibly can, but this can become really difficult to manage with little notice for cancellations/bookings. As much warning as possible really helps me to manage everyone's appointments and get you all in my chair at your preferred times and days.
If you only have availability on a specific day or time, I really do suggest booking ahead a couple of appointments.

As always, I've got a long list of names to work through at the moment, apologies to those that have been waiting to hear back from me. This week is a little less crazy than the 50+ hour weeks I've been racking up lately, so will hopefully have your appointments arranged very soon!!

Product shelf is looking full after a restock!

Some of the products have some new prices as I've been able to get them from a different supplier. The mini evo products will soon be having a price increase.
Starting from Novemeber, the new price will be £5 each, 3 for £12 or 6 for £20. I know lots of you like these sizes to try or take on holiday, I've tried to keep the price as low as possible 😊

I only had time to grab a very quick after picture of this transformation from last week 🙈 it had been a whole year since I'd last done this lovely ladies hair, so it was time for a total restyle ✨️

I've fallen behind on my messages again, sorry everyone! I'm off today, so I'm planning on catching up today! I've got some quiet days over the next few weeks, so if you've been waiting to book, now is a good time to give me a message 👍

Hi everyone!

Just a quick request, if you don't already receive my Fresha emails and texts for your appointments, can you please send over your emails and numbers to me? ✉️

I've noticed some of the booking/reminder emails and texts have been failing to send.
They really are handy to receive before your appointment, especially if you need to reschedule. The first reminder gets sent 72 hours before (I'm in the process of setting up a second reminder just before your appointment) and with 72 hours notice it gives me time to try and rearrange my calendar. 😊

I've had quite a lot of last minute rescheduling lately, and I will always try to be as flexible as possible, but with very little notice, it's almost impossible to fill spaces.
It also becomes incredibly hard to juggle the booking/reschedule messages as sometimes within the space of a day or two I'll receive 10+ messages and it becomes like a game of tetris to fit in everyone in a way that is convenient for you but also time/cost effective for me and the salon. As well as juggling being behind the chair, admin and commitments outside of work 🤯

So, if you don't already receive both email and texts from me/Fresha, could you please pop them over to me to update the system, thanks 😁
