We are getting an increase of no shows and cancellations without 24 hours notice.
Going forward any cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged regardless of reason- we know all reasons are genuine however the result on the business is still the same.

We have always tried to be as lenient as possible regarding the cancellation policy but due to the difficult times that we are all facing due to the standard of living crisis it has become necessary to politely remind everyone of cancellation policy.
