"NO SHOWS"

I understand things can unexpectedly happen, and we can all be forgetful at times etc ... But to not phone and let me know or return a voicemail is sheer rudeness. I'm chocka block until the end of August I've turned clients away, and then I've had a no show this week and last week which was £100 service. This is my living, my only income. It's very frustrating as it's now to last minute to fill these spaces.

Any no shows or last minute cancellations that are less than 24 hours will be charged full price of the service! And will not be rebooked in with myself or anyone else in the salon until the missed appointment has been paid
