Thank you all to my amazing clients for a fab week in work, you’ve all kept me on my toes! There’s been some new clients with big colour changes which is always fun!

However I did round the week up with a cup taking a gouge out my finger, and having to work a whole Saturday drenched in an entire cup of coffee 🫣 big thanks to my lovely nurse client who stepped in and sorted me out, all while mopping the floor in her foils 🫣🥰

Polite notice,

At the moment, I have decided not to increase my prices. I’m very aware that costs are rising for everyone, and as hairdressing is a luxury service, I want to keep your visits as affordable as possible. This may change later in the year, and I may need to review and increase some service prices at that time.

With this in mind, I would like to remind clients that my cancellation policy remains in place. From Tuesday next week, a copy of the policy will be available at the reception desk in the salon. I will kindly ask all clients to read, sign, and date an acknowledgment before booking further appointments.

I would prefer not to introduce deposits or move to an online booking system; however, late cancellations have recently become an issue. As a small business, every appointment matters.

As always, I truly appreciate each and every one of my clients, and I always look forward to our blethers.

Roads information for those parking and travelling locally from Monday x

SGN is scheduled to start gas network upgrade works along East High Street in Forfar from Monday 6 April.
The works will take approximately two weeks and will result in a four-way road closure at the junction with East High Street, North Street and South Street.
A diversion route will be in place for the duration of the works. It will be signed locally, and motorists are advised to allow additional times for their journeys.
SGN will make every effort to limit disruption during this essential project and have made local stakeholders aware of the project and details of the work.

SGN recognise that East High Street is a major route through the town and thanks affected road users, residents and businesses for their understanding as they work to improve the energy infrastructure.

Today we completed the twilight walk, Dundee to Arbroath for the brain tumour charity, we have raised an incredible amount and I’m so proud of everyone for taking part. Aimee joined us from Carnoustie - Arbroath, and was a wee champ. Little Danny (who is just 11) managed the whole 19 miles.
The glass of wine at Wetherspoons was the best I’ve ever tasted, at the only pub that’s ever made me cry 🫣
