I spent the weekend doing a course in Edinburgh. I am now qualified to do Medical Acupuncture. Looking forward to including it in treatments.

Baby Massage and Yoga Class.
Relax and Sing Baby Massage and Yoga Course is a gentle combination of baby massage, yoga, sensory stimulation, acupressure, relaxation, and singing.
Suitable from birth to crawling
Over the 5 week course we:
explore how to give a nurturing full body massage to your little one
enjoy fun baby yoga stretches
use different textures to provide touch stimulation
learn useful shiatsu points for common baby ailments
relax with a different calming activity each week
sing our way through the sessions to the delight of your baby.

Its official. After two years juggling a full time course, full time work and everything else life throws at you. I am now qualified as a Sports Therapist. A few small courses planned , looking forward adding to my skills.
