A really fun night last night with one of my OG girls! 🥰

A little makeup lesson focusing on a more dewy, illuminating skin finish and an easy go to smoky eye 😍

We talked through products and what’s best suited to her, but most of all we focused on application and how to apply each product and the best brushes to use for every stage of your makeup.

I carried out each stage first, then Michelle recreated it on the opposite side while I guided her through each technique 🤩

I absolutely love helping people feel more confident when applying their own makeup. It doesn’t have to be complicated, it’s all about learning what works for you and, most importantly, having fun with it! This was Michelle’s side - that blend 😍

Iona has had 4 glycolic skin peels first one end of March and then another 3 since, gradually building up the strength of her treatments as her skin has become accustomed to the exfoliating acids.

I always begin with a 20% glycolic solution starting at the lowest concentration allows me to see how the skin responds and helps minimise the risk of excessive irritation or over-exfoliation.

Glycolic acid has a low pH compared with the skin’s natural mildly acidic barrier, so introducing it gradually allows me to monitor skin tolerance before progressing to stronger concentrations.

The top 2 photos of her skin was prior to the peels and after being on medication she opted for a more product based route to help her skin and now there appears to be less visible inflammation and redness, less blemishes and a more even looking overall complexion and texture. There are still some areas of redness and post-blemish marking, but her skin looks noticeably calmer overall 🤩✨

Nadia came to me in the lead-up to her big day for a few treatments to help her feel her absolute best. We started with a dermaplaning facial to create a smooth canvas for a more flawless makeup application. We also kept her lashes soft and natural with a Brown W lash set, and finished with a Browjam to define and enhance her natural brows.
