Anxiety attacks are silently crippling because there’s one part of you that knows very well, this thought isn’t rational, the worst case scenario you’re imaging certainly won’t happen, it will all be okay. Then there’s another part of you whose heart is pounding through your chest, whose mind is running like it’s in a race you didn’t want to win, all the while your body and everything on the outside looks calm.

Anxiety are the warnings that you’re not even sure are real or just irrational and you’re trying so hard to process a mind that is moving so quickly. But you want to crawl up into a ball holding back tears you can’t explain over something that didn’t even happen yet and may not even happen.

You’re so afraid of that worst case scenario becoming your reality and that reality would shatter your world and break your heart.

I know how exhausting a mind like yours is, I know how tired you must be, I know that you wish you weren’t like this sometimes. But I also know the only reason you worry so much is because of how big your heart is and how much you care and how you just want things to go right. And anyone who cares that much should be really proud of themselves for being that way.

"Today was a Difficult Day," said Pooh.

"Do you want to talk about it?" asked Piglet.

"No," said Pooh after a bit. "No, I don't think I do."

"That's okay," said Piglet, and he came and sat beside his friend.

"What are you doing?" asked Pooh.

"Nothing, really," said Piglet. "Only, I know what Difficult Days are like. I quite often don't feel like talking about it on my Difficult Days either.

"But goodness," continued Piglet, "Difficult Days are so much easier when you know you've got someone there for you. And I'll always be here for you, Pooh."

Sooooo many pictures to post but no time to do it ... but this one is the star of the show. 3 years of scalp bleach was taking its toll,so this gorgeous girl decided to give her hair a rest and return to her natural colour. So the challenge is that bleached hair loooooves to turn green or reject the colour. So bright red pre pigment and 2 rounds of colours and we get this gorgeous shiny healthy look. 🥰

Well the hours have been gruelling but I can’t tell you how happy I am to be back doing what I love. Seeing all your lovely faces and rescuing your wild hair has been a real tonic this week... few hours of skin testing tomorrow then back to it Monday for more transformations and long overdue catch ups.
I’m so blessed to have such a lovely supportive clients and a job I love 🥰💇🏼‍♀️🎨

Equipment scrubbed and serialised , ppe prepared, bags packed with all my products... not been this organised in months 😂
Can’t wait to see you all and work my magic 🪄💇🏼‍♀️

12 months ago the job I love was unexpectedly taken away ... so much has happened in those 12 months, millions of people have lost their lives 😢😱 the whole world has been shaken in so many different ways .
19 more sleeps till I’m back to my passion of hairdressing. Please god may it be the last lockdown 🙏🏼
