Just a few days left till our beautiful Autumn Evening Retreat, Formby✨️✨️ These evenings are always so special🩷 Amy will guide us through a heart opening cacao meditation, with the hypnotic healing vibrations of sound bowls to help you release and open up to recieving abundance and love.
Katie will awaken your energy with a powerful and transformative Kundalini Yoga practice, setting your inner intentions for what you want to attract, magnetise towards you, create and manifest into your new beginnings ✨️💫
We will move into a kundalini active meditation followed by a reiki meditation and head massage💆♀️ leaving you to drift off into blissful relaxation.
