We all go through hard times, and when my friends and clients tell me their woes in life. I often think about a quote I seen on instagram,

"Falling down is a accident, getting back up is a choice"

its your choice to stay where you are it might be comfortable or the fight to get up is difficult or draining to think about.

"We have a choice"

When I was training I said to my pt "I've had enough, I'm throwing the towel in" his reply was "Rheanna you obviously don't want it enough" he was right I didn't. I was in the worst relationship of my life, I had just moved, working 3 jobs, nurturing my 4 children, rebuilding our home and looking after horses, dogs etc on my own. I had taken a huge mental beating not from others, from myself!

In theory I should have taken a minute for myself! Now time on my own is so important for me, to gain some peace in my mind and also so I can concentrate on my goals for the future. I still have plenty of goals I want to smash and........ I WILL!!

We set our goals in order to reach them. Even when we get there we still have more to achieve. Even when you don't feel like it. Its not failure! Its part of your journey

Make clear conscious decision, make a vision board, write them ideas down. Cross off each idea. When you are there add some more. There are always more goals
