A little side note, as you can see all cuticle work has been done but there are some areas not 'instagram worthy', I will never try to chase the 'perfect' finish when doing cuticle work as this can be dangerous.
Russian/combi manicure is about taking time not just in appointments but over weeks, we train the skin. Gently buff and let the cuticle do the talking.

Trying to snip away every bit of dry skin or 'off' looking cuticle can actually damage your nails over time, mistaking nail for dry skin and buffing away can weaken the sidewalls and cause your skin/cuticle to grow back thicker.
