As the year comes to an end, I just want to say a huge thank-you to all my amazing clients. This year has brought lots of change, and I am so grateful that you followed me from my old house, to a rented space, and now to my new home, with continued support. Your loyalty truly means the world to me.

A little reminder as we approach the festive period 🧑‍🎄. As a small business, every appointment really does matter & I appreciate each and everyone of my clients.

Please remember that:
🌟 Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance won’t be charged.
🌟 Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

I completely understand that life happens and plans can change, but last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a big impact - not just on my day, but on other clients who would have loved that appointment slot.

It’s been lovely catching up with you all and hearing about your Christmas break. A little reminder I am fully booked for January. As always please can my regular clients make sure you have a few bookings in the diary to avoid disappointment. I have very limited evening availability up until March.

The busy festive season is in full swing and I would like to put out a polite reminder of my cancellation policy. Please avoid cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, if you cancel within this period you will be charged 100% fee of your appointment cost. Late arrivals to appointments may also result in a full appointment charge if I am unable to carry out your treatment due to lost time.

I have a very busy cancellations list with clients who are keen for any available appointments. I am able to offer cancellation slots if I receive 24 hours (or more) notice that you are unable to attend your appointment.
