Just a gentle reminder about my cancellation policy so I can keep things running smoothly for everyone 💛

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your treatment will be subject to a 50% charge. However, no-show’s or cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

As much as I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, please remember that even when appointments are cancelled, I still have overheads and bills to cover. I also have a waiting list for clients looking for cancellations, and with enough notice, I can often offer your slot to someone else who would really appreciate it.
