I’ll be heading off on holiday for the first couple of weeks of July ☀️✈️ and I only have a couple of appointments left at the end of July when I’m back!

POLITE NOTICE 🤍

Last minute cancellations and no shows are becoming increasingly common and unfortunately are having a huge impact on us as a small business. Between the 3 of us in the salon, we’ve recently lost almost £675 last week alone to missed appointments and late cancellations.

By letting us know in advance, it gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client who may be waiting. As self-employed stylists, missed appointments have a big impact on our small businesses

We completely understand that emergencies happen, but we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to rearrange your appointment. Repeated no shows or late cancellations may result in a booking fee being required in future.
