Since Christmas is the busiest time of year in the salon and I always try my best to fit everyone in by doing extra hours I do require to be strict with my policies.

•All appointments require 48 hours cancellation notice.
•A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure colour appointments for December.
•No shows will be charged 100% of service.
