- Join my waiting list (where you can let me know your ideal days and times, and then when there is a cancellation, it will automatically give you first dibs on an appointment without having to wait for me to confirm 🙂‍↔️)

- Manage any existing appointments

- Add pre-appointment notes to your booking

- Amend,reschedule, cancel, or even change your service

- Access all the forms and information applicable to your appointment, including aftercare instructions

So if you’re desperate to get your spot, just get on the waitlist, it might be a shorter wait than you think…

It’s that time of year again where things get hectic at Primavera 🥳 which means it’s the time to add a fresh post with our policies - but no major changes since last year … because you’re all so well behaved 😘

✨Everyone deserves the best hair appointment possible, and our policies are what makes it possible - but I’m very fortunate to rarely, if ever, have to use them 😂✨

Salon Policies: Keeping Things Smooth & Fabulous 💅

Cancellations / Reschedules
Need to change your appointment? No problem — just give us 72 hours’ notice. Any later and we might have to charge 100% of the booking 😭

No-Shows
If you don’t turn up and don’t let us know, we still have to charge you the full amount (we promise it hurts us too 💔).

Feeling Ruff? Stay in Bed! 🩹
Love you, but keep your germs at home! If you’re poorly, message us and we’ll sort a new date.

Change of Hair Plans?
Fancy a totally new look or switching up your service? Just tell us the day before so we can prep the magic potions ✨

Running Late?
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we might have to reschedule (and yes, the fee still applies 😬).

Refunds & Fix-Ups
We’ll always do our best to make things right before talking refunds. But if you go DIY or visit another stylist, we can’t take responsibility anymore (we love a bold move though 👏).

Patch Tests = Must!
First-time colour client? You’ll need a patch test 48 hours before your appointment. Safety first, sparkle second 💁‍♀️

Age Policy
No colouring or extensions for anyone under 16, sorry little trendsetters!

Trust the Process (and Your Stylist 😘)
We can’t promise fab results if our aftercare advice isn’t followed — so trust us, we’ve got your back (and your hair).

Right to Refuse
We keep our space safe, kind, and drama-free. If the vibes aren’t right, we may politely say no.
