Does anyone have any tips for me to get rid of this neverending sickness? I'm really bored of it now! I've been drinking plenty fluids and taking all my usual vitamins and living on spicy chicken noodle soup for the past 10 days! I tested positive for COVID last Wednesday after being ill from Friday night.
I was coughing gagging and spewing for 4 days straight. The cough is now better but I still feel very fluy! I'm dizzy when standing up and sinuses are still choked. It's driving me mad and I'm missing work!
Any tips will be much appreciated.

I've had to cancel the next few days appointments as I'm still unwell with the Covid.

I'm off fishing next week I'll be back in the shop from the 16th
