It’s with a very heavy heart, after much consideration that I have made the difficult decision to close Stag&Buck’s doors. The last couple of years have been extremely difficult. And for various reasons we have concluded this is the best decision moving forward.

Our last working day will be…Saturday 25th of May. Please if you could give us all a week or so to then contact your usual stylist/barber Terri Nicolson walker Cerys Allan to discuss any future arrangements. Messages through our social media platforms will be too large a volume to respond to individually.

There is so many bugs going around right now, all of us have had to take time off really unwell the last couple of weeks 😔

Not really sure what to say but here goes……
As many of you are aware I’ve been unwell for sometime(think have to be honest longer than I’ve actually let on to people) I was diagnosed in July with CIDP……(prob best to google that🙈🤣) and been undergoing IVIG treatment monthly and will continue to do so.
It’s in all honesty played havoc with me and kept me from my beloved job amongst sooo many other things😢
I have tried so hard to be able to get back but it’s become very apparent that I’m just no longer at this moment in time fit enough to carry on so it’s with the heaviest of hearts that the decision has been made to step back from Stag&Buck✂️💈
I can’t tell you how hard this is, it’s always been more than just a job to me.
It’s truly breaking my 💔but I must put health at the forefront from now on for myself and family👨‍👩‍👦🐶
Terri aka “the work wife”( your way more than a business partner&friend😘) and the girls(forever my girls) will carry on as they have been.
Thank you to every single person that has sat in my seat over the million years I’ve been barbering🙈🤣(24years and last 5 years(nearly 6) in Stag&Buck(so so proud of what we have achieved) I have loved every single minute of it and will miss each and everyone of you like you won’t understand💔❤️
So for now it’s not a goodbye but see ya on the flip side❤️❤️

Now our next block is up live..you may notice a few changes when trying to login to make any future bookings.

The app will not recognise any previous logins. And you will now be required to re-register and add your card details. We have unfortunately had to put this in place to safe guard ourselves from any no shows or last minute cancellations.

We're sorry to even have to put a post like this up 😩 But the last few weeks we have had so many no shows & last minute cancellations we feel we're left with no choice.

We are currently running on reduced staff while Sharon is off unwell and while we're trying to accommodate as many of our customers where we can. With little or no notice we are not only loosing the money, which as a small business with constant rising costs we just simply can't afford. We are also then unable to fill the space. We always have a long cancellation list of people trying to get in, so this is really unfair.

We understand things can change or can happen, but just not showing up or cancelling last minute is unacceptable as everyone is sent a text reminder 24hrs prior to their appointment.

From now on if an appointment isn't cancelled with 24hrs notice or is a no show. You will be required to pay for the missed appointment & unable to book any future appointments until it is settled.

That's our next block of appointments now up live 🙌

Please remember to add a beard trim to your service if you require it, as we will need the additional time✂️
