This really isn't something I wanted to post but I feel I have been left no choice!
Late cancellations over the past 2 weeks have caused a loss of near £500. This is my livelihood, not a hobby!!
The cancellation policy is in place to protect my time and income. Any client who fails to comply with this policy will no longer be offered any further appointments.
Please read and ensure you understand the policy when making a booking. My policy is pinned at the top of my page.
Going forward I will be taking a 50% deposit for every booking and won't be confirmed until deposits are paid.
This really isn't something I wanted to do as I have so many loyal clients whom I am very grateful for but I am in my own, no other income coming in and I'm feeling pretty deflated regarding this whole situation at one of my busiest times of year 🥺
