For muscles affected by repetitive work, the main goal is to reduce repeated strain and give the tissues regular recovery.

Try these:

* Take short, regular breaks: change position and let the muscles relax rather than waiting until they hurt.

* Change tasks when possible:
alternating movements reduces stress on the same muscles.

* Stretch gently:
especially the muscles you use repeatedly. Avoid forcing a painful stretch.

* Strengthen the muscles:
gradual strengthening can improve their ability to tolerate repetitive work.

* Check your posture and technique:
keep frequently used joints in comfortable, neutral positions and avoid unnecessary force.

* Use heat for stiffness:
a warm shower or heat pack can help tight muscles feel more comfortable.

* Massage:
maintenance massage may temporarily reduce muscle tension and soreness, but it works best as an addition to good work practices rather than as the main solution.

* Get enough sleep and recovery time:
muscles need time to repair and adapt and plenty hydration, muscles can become dehydrated.

maintenance massage…..

for people who do repetitive movements/work, it can be useful because repetitive movements can place the same muscles, tendons, and joints under stress again and again.

Key benefits include:

* Reduces muscle tension: Massage can relax tight or overworked muscles.

* Improves circulation:
It may temporarily increase blood flow to the treated tissues.

* Helps with aches and stiffness:
It can provide short-term relief from common muscle soreness.

* Maintains mobility:
Regular soft-tissue work may help you feel less restricted in movement.

* Supports recovery:
Massage can be part of a broader routine for managing physical workload.

* Encourages early attention to discomfort:
Regular sessions may help someone notice areas becoming persistently tight or painful

Not a fan of these words,

The "no pain, no gain" massage approach is a myth, effective massage does not need to be excruciating to provide benefits. Intense pain causes the body to tense up and enter "fight or flight" mode, which restricts muscle release and can cause injury. A therapeutic, yet comfortable, "good pain" (or "therapeutic edge") is the goal, rather than pain that causes you to hold your breath.

Endorphin release:
Physical touch and massage stimulate the body to release endorphins, which act as natural painkillers
