Hey everyone , Just a little reminder…

With the lovely weather this week, I’ve unfortunately had a few last minute cancellations and no shows.

I completely understand that plans can change, but please remember that this is my business and my income. When appointments are missed without notice, it’s very difficult to fill those spaces at such short notice.

As a reminder, my cancellation policy is:
No shows will be charged the full appointment cost.
Last minute cancellations may also incur a charge in line with my booking policy.

If you can’t make your appointment, please give me as much notice as possible. It gives me the best chance of offering your appointment to someone on my waiting list.

Thank you so much to all of my lovely clients who always turn up, give plenty of notice if they need to rearrange, and continue to support my small business. It really does mean a lot 🤍
