Normally on a wedding morning I’m moved to tears - I am a bit of a sap and the emotion of the morning just pulls at my heart strings - this morning however the tears were STREAMING down my face due to uncontrollable laughter 🤭 Honestly, my face was sore from laughing like an idiot every 2 minutes at one story or the next - the morning passed in a flash! The travel was 5 minutes from my door, the banter was top tier and 4 beautiful faces to do - 10/10 morning! Thank you for having me ❤️

To be with Shannon on her wedding morning was so special, I’ve known her since she was a little girl and to see her as a bride was an honour.

Shannon’s look was soft, angelic and slightly pinky with just small amounts of definition to her features. She doesn’t tend to wear much makeup daily so we didn’t want to stray too far from that.

From the bottom of my heart thank you so much for being the best clients year after year - I have the joy of getting the loveliest and most generous brides and my occasion makeup girlies who become dear friends who I look forward to catching up with throughout the year.

It was the 10 year Anniversary of Samantha Cardno Makeup back in May - which I had planned to celebrating but a few different personal commitments kept me busy but I’m proud of the business I’ve built whilst raising our family with my favourite guy 🩷
I absolutely LOVE what I do and adore my clients and the friends I’ve made in the industry along the way and the bridal mornings I’ve been privileged to be a part of and I never take for granted how blessed I feel for this to be what I get to do.
Aurora can’t wait till she’s old enough to start helping me at weddings (we’ll see how she’ll cope when the alarm goes off at 4am 🤪).
