EMpower Physio & Massage Therapy

A good set of cups this week🤩 (client consent and permission gained)

As opposed to the direct pressure used during a massage, the gentle lifting used in cupping decompresses muscles and fascia as well as enhancing blood circulation and breaking up adhesions which in turn speeds up the bodys natural healing process🧘🏽‍♀️

Cupping is becoming more and more popular with my clients at the moment - and as a bonus, I offer it free the first time so you can decide for yourself if you like it or not👀

Starting from Monday next week I’m so excited to be starting loyalty cards!

6 months in business and I am so grateful & appreciative to everyone who is keeping me so busy!

This one is for all of my regulars (you know who yous are🫶🏼)! You guys have helped me settle into this business and gain more confidence doing what I love - time to give back a little😊🔶

Thats me off on my holidays! 🌞

I will be replying to any messages next Saturday and will be back for a full week beginning the 10th of August 💪🏼

Thank you so much to all my clients for keeping me busy, you guys are the best! See yous all soon🤩

A summer offer will be live through July! Pop a message to get booked in💬🔸

Ready for another week of clients after having mayday monday off🤩 Message to get yourself booked in for physio or a massage!

I get alot of questions during appointments and so thought I would put together some more info regarding the services I offer 🤩

Keep the questions coming though! I love discussing physio/sports massage during treatments🧡💜
