Beautiful guided meditation class this evening spent releasing the summer season and giving gratitude to all that came to us. 🙏🏻
We cleansed our energy and prepared for the next season.
We chose words of intention for the autumnal months ahead of us.

These included Positive, Power, Faith, Strong, Confidence. 💗

We anointed our wrists with beautiful doTERRA essential oils, a combination of Frankincense, wild orange and cedar-wood - the perfect reset blend as we come into the autumnal season.

I’m just starting to come round after an amazing weekend at our annual Tropic Glammies event with some of my team. 🎉

I’ve been a Tropic ambassador for 7 years now and nothing is more exciting than being part of your teams journey too. We have the most wonderful social get togethers as well as loving to share the most incredible skincare, make-up and beauty products. 😌

I’m so excited this weekend it’s our annual Tropic Glambassadors event, 💃🏻 this is a nonnegotiable for me, I have attended every one for the past 7 years of being a Tropic ambassador and absolutely loved them all. 😍

Every year I get to dress up for the theme, this year’s is Pure Imagination, so it’s got to be a purple dress for me. Pic’s to follow.

First Sunday of the month is our fabulous Tropic meeting hosted by our amazing Diamond executive💎 in a beautiful venue in Chester.

Today’s meeting was full of inspiring women who have achieved amazing incentives through the business, changing their lives, lives of others and giving me and my teamies the motivation, support and confidence to achieve our own goals. 🥰

We love these gatherings and feel so empowered and grateful. 💪🏻🙏🏻
