🍃What a Setting! 🍃

I have had the most amazing experience offering massages in this beautiful setting today.
Surrounded by nature and all of its lovely sounds. Birds singing, waddling geese, fish jumping out of the lake. Even a little sprinkling of rain on the gazebo at times. Just stunning!

I’ve been a bit quieter on here lately - work has been full of lovely clients. All the familiar faces & a few new ones too ❤️

With the lighter nights creeping in, I’ve also finally been getting out for evening walks again. It’s amazing what a bit of daylight does for your head and your body.

A few people have been asking about my training recently, so I thought I’d share a bit more.

I’m Level 3 VTCT qualified, which meant weeks of anatomy, physiology, technique work, case studies and assessments.

It wasn’t a quick day course; it was proper, in‑depth training that taught me how to work safely, confidently and with real intention.

That foundation lets me tailor every treatment to you…. how your body feels on the day, what you’re carrying, and what you need to soften. My approach is calm, steady and intuitive.

No gimmicks, no rushing, just thoughtful massage that gives you space to breathe.

I’m really grateful for how Soma Flow is growing. I’m meeting such lovely people, and it means a lot when someone comes back because they felt genuinely cared for.
