What is reflexology?

Reflexology is more than just a foot massage!
Gentle pressure is applied to reflex points on the feet based on the idea that stimulating these reflex points may help encourage relaxation, reduce stress, aid better sleep, improve mood and support the body’s natural balance and wellbeing 👣

I am based on the outskirts of Frome in Somerset.

For this client with spinal stenosis and disc disease, supplementary gentle touch massage therapy was used to encourage relaxation and reduce pain-related tension. By working slowly and lightly, the body was able to feel safe enough to release guarding patterns, which helped improve mobility, ease discomfort, and support overall wellbeing.

Half term is fast approaching, and I’ll be packing up the family to go camping and exploring in Devon for the week! 🏕️🌿
