In the depths of winter, we gather together to nourish ourselves, rest deeply and connect. You are invited to join us in a sacred circle where we move, breathe, speak, sound or are simply quiet.

This event is an invitation for you to come as you are and take what you need. You can expect restful nidra, opportunities for connection with others and deeply attuned yogic somatic practice.
