Hello all! Really excited to announce that I'll be doing a pop up Groove Tots session THIS THURSDAY the 29th of January at the Canoe Club in Frome, at 10am. No need to book, just come along and listen to some cello, sing, dance and play with your littles. All parents/carers welcome, with ages 0-5s! £6/family

A bit of my story: After two Emergence Festivals and over a year of Emergence Co Labs, you are invited to the next iteration of Emergence! Come and join us for a unique and nourishing workshop exploring music and sound as well as different coaching models to explore motherhood and creativity!
Following on from two incredible festivals, I created the Emergence co labs, to support creative mothers in an ongoing way. I soon realized that I wanted to be able to offer more. I was noticing how people (including myself!) were held back by self-limiting beliefs, and these beliefs were getting in the way of being able to shine and fully step in to who and what we are. So, I embarked on a two year coaching training through Guildhall Ignite, and now with over 100 hours of coaching experience and EMCC certification under my belt, I'm ready to bring together my passions (coaching, helping mothers achieve their full potential and music) to offer a unique workshop. So come and join us as we sing together, explore together, celebrate and gather insight and community along the way.

Hello lovely Groove Tots families, I’ve made the very difficult decision to stop running weekly sessions. I will really miss seeing you all regularly and singing and playing together! I am still planning to run occasional pop up sessions, so please stay tuned for those. Hope to see you all at our last class on the 24th of April, 10am toddlers and 11am babies. Thank you again for bringing your wonderful selves and littles and making our sessions so special! ❤️❤️

Groove Tots is a music class for littles and their adults. We sing songs from around the world, dance, play percussion and listen to the cello. It’s a warm and inviting class and I love holding it, mostly because I love singing with others!! We sing rounds and sometimes even sneak in some harmony singing too ❤️🤩
