WaterWitch in York

So this happened to me last week.

My youngest kid woke up with a sore shoulder, he couldn’t move it, he was in pain.

So heat, gentle manipulation, some exercises for him throughout the day. And lots of rest.

His dad & I cared for him as best we could… all because he’d slept funny on his shoulder.

Can you imagine if we gave ourselves the same level of care we give to our children?

We would have top tier self care. We would pour so much love into ourselves.

So maybe add yourself to the list, maybe put yourself at the top there…

When was the last time you cared for yourself as though you were your own child?
Maybe your inner child would actually love that.

How do I spend this September full moon?

Honestly, it’s just been a really ordinary Saturday, full of lifts, football, DIY, kids. The moon wasn’t even on my mind. In truth, I’d forgotten it was the full moon tonight.

Although come to think of it we did a big tip run and cleared a load of stuff out.

Also now you mention it, I put some more effort into a crafting project that I’ve been procrastinating about starting.

Oh and also I’ve spent some really nice 1-1 time with 2/3 kids.

And (randomly) I decided to get all my crystals out and wash them and leave them on the roof to dry.

Then my fella said ‘oooh look at the moon!’

And it all clicked into place.

Today was about clearing, moving forwards, intentionally creating and love.

And if I can manifest even more of that over this next moon cycle then wouldn’t that be nice?

So tonight I’ll release whatever needs clearing and whisper into the water my intentions and move into the next moon cycle a little lighter.

What have you done today and how have you (accidentally or not) spent your full moon?
