2. Do not use tools for curling eyelashes, such as curling tongs or chemical curling solutions.

3. Avoid rubbing your eyes and touching the eyelashes with your hands. Try not to sleep with your face pressed into a pillow. This advice is applicable not only to extended lashes but also to natural ones since it can disrupt their structure and alter their growth direction, causing them to grow in different directions or curl.

4. Prevent any acidic substances from coming into contact with your eyelashes.

5. You can still go to saunas, swimming pools, swim in the sea, and lead an active lifestyle.

6. Contact lenses can be used as usual.
