This year I completed my first school photo session with handle house in Gainsborough. I also offered a print service which is new for me and I’m so pleased with how well they turned out!

Hi everyone!

Sorry I’ve been so M. I. A. lately - life is hectic!

I just thought I’d jump on here to remind everyone that my deposit policy is still very much in play - this means that I take a 30% deposit for single bookings and 50% for weddings etc. not only does this save everyone time but it secures bookings, so I’d like to reiterate that if you have NOT paid a deposit, your booking is NOT final or secure.

Also, please can I urge everyone to be patient when you send me a message, I work full time and I (try) to have a social life - if I don’t answer straightaway please be assured that I will.

Also, Please don’t message me at 11pm and expect an answer immediately- If I have learnt anything recently it’s that boundaries need to be set and adhered to.

Please be understanding that small business owners also have other responsibilities and we need sleep!

I’m so grateful for every single one of my beautiful clients and I can’t wait to paint all of your faces but please be conscious of times etc.

Hi everyone, I thought I’d just make a post to address it.

Please can I remind everyone that your appointment is NOT confirmed until I have a deposit and/or you have received a confirmation message from me that reads (example):

“Your appointment is confirmed for ___.__pm on Saturday ____ September”

I’m not able to keep my diary/day open incase of no-shows, this wastes my time and prevents me from taking on further clients.

So… no deposit/confirmation - no appointment.

Hopefully this clears things up!
